Drop Ship Agreement

Orders:

1. Please submit orders via phone, fax, or email using the form below.
2. A credit card will be kept on file, and when an order is placed, your card will be charged for the item(s) shipped, plus shipping cost.
3. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST, or anytime on a non-business day, should ship the next business day. We will try our best to get all orders out as soon as possible.
4. A handling charge of $3.00 per order will be added to each order. Each shipment location is considered a separate order.
5. Accounts must first be verified before drop shipping is available.
6. We will send you confirmation when shipped as well as tracking info, as requested.

Shipping

1. All shipments are subject to carrier regulations
2. Customer pays all shipping and handling charges on all shipments.
3. Orders are shipped standard ground service, via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. All shipping charges are calculated at residential delivery rates. Iron Gloves will use the most cost effective method to ship. Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day shipping available upon request. Please note shipping preference on order.
4. For international shipments, you will be responsible for duties and customs fees.

Back Orders

1. Iron Gloves makes every effort to have update stock information available on our website irongloves.com.
2. Orders will ship complete if possible. We will notify you of any back order, and ship date. If no back orders are accepted, please inform us at time of the order.
3. Back orders will automatically ship, when product is available.
